R. E. Lee & Son was selected by the developers as the General Contractor for construction of these high end condominiums in Charlottesville, Virginia. The construction included all site development and infrastructure, and construction of three condominium buildings, each with ten units and below grade parking. Also included in the project was the existing historic manor renovation of the existing home on the property.

Cast in place concrete structure for below grade parking. Superstructure is wood framed, interior and exterior walls with wood roof trusses. Façade is brick and stucco veneer and copper roofing. Interior finishes include wood base, chair rail crown moldings and custom cabinetry.
