R. E. Lee & Son was selected as General Contractor for construction of this new apartment building in downtown Charlottesville. The four story building encompassing 25,654 square feet contains thirty two apartment units. The interior of the apartments feature open floor plans, hardwood floors, and contemporary kitchens.
