R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. was selected by the developer and owner as the general contractor to provide complete pre-construction and construction services. The project consists of a new bank operations center and complete site development as well as building pads and parking for the bank and two additional office buildings. The bank operations center building is 5 stories encompassing 42,954 SF. Site development of 7+ acres includes a connector road between US 250 East and Spotnap Road The project followed the Albemarle County’s guide lines for the “Neighborhood Model”.
