R. E. Lee & Son worked as a partner with the Architect, and Owner from the initial project concept through certificate of occupancy. Listening to the owner’s development goals and working with the architect through regulatory approval, we were able to help the team maximize the use of this downtown property while keeping project costs in line with market lease rates. Through a value engineering process that started three years prior to the start of construction we were able to pass on a 20% savings to our client. The building includes a total of 45,360 square feet with commercial office space on three levels and 8,971 square feet of parking on the basement level.

Building systems include complete sprinkler protection, mechanical systems with zoning for tenants, lobby accent and office lighting and separate electrical panels and meters for each tenant.
