R. E. Lee & Son was selected by the Owner (a repeat client) to construct this new $8.4 million automobile dealership.
The facility features a unique design with the service department and vehicle display parking on multiple stories “built in” to the sloping terrain of the site.
The building also incorporates “green” building design elements with capture and re-use of storm water for vehicle washing.
