R. E. Lee & Son was selected by UVA as the Construction Manager at Risk for this historic restoration and renovation project on the Lawn.
R. E. Lee & Son worked with UVA and the Swartz / Silver Architects during the Pre-Construction phase of the project to prepare budgets and schedules for the project. Work included a complete exterior restoration involving wood window replacement, slate roof replacement and brick restoration. The interior was completely renovated with new partitions, elevator, stairs and completely new MEP systems.
