R. E. Lee & Son was selected by the University of Virginia to provide both Pre-Construction and Construction services. Work was negotiated as part of the University of Virginia “Special Projects” contract to include interior demolition and renovations for the replacement of a Linear Accelerator. Scope of work included demolition, HVAC, cast-in-place concrete, lead shielding, machine foundation alterations, framing, drywall, doors & hardware, finishes.
