R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. was selected as the General Contractor for renovations and additions to this student residence building. Work included asbestos abatement, demolition and re-construction of dormitory rooms, and additions to the exterior. Work was completed over one summer so that school activity and enrollment was not affected.
