R. E. Lee & Son teamed up with a repeat client and their selected Architect, to deliver this new a full size gymnasium/auditorium, new athletic offices, locker rooms and classrooms. The building is highlighted by a two story atrium with glass curtain wall. The new structure is connected to the existing school by a second floor suspended passage way. An extensive value engineering process took place prior to contract that resulted in a total of 47 value engineering items being accepted by the owner.
