When Farmington Country Club needed a new swimming pool facility, they once again turned to R. E. Lee & Son and VMDO Architects to complete project development and design build services. The project included demolition of existing pools, construction of new main pool and kiddie pool, pool decks and terraces with trellises, renovation of Locker Rooms and a new Pool Office. Work was completed in one off season (September to May) without any lost time in pool use.
