City Center for Contemporary Arts / Charlottesville, VA

R. E. Lee & Son in partnership with Charlottesville Contemporary Arts and Bushman Dreyfus Architects created this new Performing and Visual Arts center in Downtown Charlottesville.

The building is the home to Live Arts, Second Street Gallery and Lighthouse.

The 4 story landmark building is 27,140 square feet, has an art gallery, film production studio, two theater spaces with dressing rooms, rehearsal space and scene shop.
