IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BIDDERS:
All bidders are required to review ALL pages of the contract documents as well as any other pertinent project information prior to submitting a bid. Cost increases which are the result of incomplete document review or failure to cover materials or conditions which are reasonably inferred will not be considered.
This project requires the submission of (2) separate bids: (1) as a one-phase project, and (1) as a four-phase project. Please see the documents below for related scheduling information.
NOTE PERTAINING TO 2/16/12 BID DATE: All bidders who previously submitted a proposal for this project are invited to review the revised drawings and update their pricing accordingly.
