All subcontractors are invited to send us a bid/proposal for any of the projects listed in this Plan Room.
To access the plans for the listed projects, please click on the project title which opens a separate page with a link to the project documents. The Plan Room is updated daily; please make sure to check back frequently for project addenda and other changes. If you do not see the project you are looking for, click the “Older Entries” link at the bottom left of this page for additional listings.
If you have been invited to bid on a private project, please hover your mouse pointer over the words ”Private Plan Room” in the blue box to the right and then click on the project you are interested in. You will need the password provided by our estimating department in order to access a protected project in the private plan area.
Projects for which the bid date occurs in the past can be found in the “Archived Projects” area. To access, hover your mouse pointer over the words “Archived Projects” in the blue box to the right and then click on the project you are interested in. If a project was password protected in the Private Plan Room area, it will also be protected in the archive area.
