<p>This project integrates nearly every discipline of commercial construction, including sitework, utilities, landscaping, concrete foundations/pier footings/walls/slabs, CMU, brick restoration, bluestone paver systems, structural steel, ornamental railings, carpenty, casework, waterproofing of the existing building envelope as well as new work, roofing systems, doors, frames, hardware, windows, storefront, all new finishes throughout  (including acoustical plaster and wood flooring), restoration of historic elements (such as plaster), all new specialties, kitchen equipment, furnishings, plumbing, sprinkler, mechanical, electrical and fire alarm systems.</p>
