This project includes the construction of a Mikvah, which is a ritual bath vessel central to the Jewish faith. It is imperative that all bidders whose scope includes a portion of the Mikvah understand not only the unique construction techniques that must be utilized, but also the reasons behind them. There will be an addendum posted by close of business on Tuesday, 1/31 which will give some basic information regarding this. All bidders are strongly encouraged to explore this topic outside of the parameters of the addendum in order to fully understand the importance of this part of the construction.
