Marty L. Nicklow
Graduate of Orange County High School. Carpenter, Foreman and Superintendent with R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. since 1995. Mr. Nicklow trained as a carpenter and has spent many years in the trade before and during his time as a project supervisor with R. E. Lee & Son, Inc.
Timothy E. Nicklow
Graduate of Orange County High School (G.E.D.) 3 months at Germana Community College taking Blueprint Reading. Assistant Superintendent and Superintendent with R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. since 1984. Prior to joining R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. Mr. Nicklow has had carpentry experience on various projects since 1975.
Jeffrey L. Testerman
Superintendent with R. E. Lee & Son, Inc. since 2004. Mr. Testerman has experience in carpentry as well as concrete work. He has worked on many projects involving the design/build process. Mr. Testerman also has experience in estimating and project management.
Peter Schaus
Graduate of Tufts University in Boston, MA. Joined R. E. Lee & Son in January 2009 as a Construction Superintendent. Mr. Schaus has a strong carpentry background with experience in all areas of commercial construction including historic renovations.
